The Company is seeking an organized, deadline oriented, self-starter to work in fast paced poultry Quality Control dept. Must possess excellent attention to detail. Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English. Ability to handle raw poultry
is required. Must be able to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Individual will be actively involved in the Company Safety program and the long term and short term goals of the department. Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
Shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday, Occasional Saturdays

Education and/or Experience:
· High school education not required but beneficial.
· Previous experience in quality control helpful but not required.
Ability to understand, speak, and write fluent English. Spanish a plus but not required.
Have the ability to interpret and enforce rules, regulations and procedures. Ability to accurately carry out instructions given by Supervisor is essential.
Ability to regularly stand, walk, and repetitively use arms, wrists and hands. Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Vision requirements will include close vision, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work in conditions that are regularly noisy, wet, have a variety of odors and range from hot to cold. Moderate to extreme levels of noise, safety protection is provided.
