The purpose of HACCP Monitor is to monitor and record the quality of product ran by production to assure it meets Perdue's "A" grade standards and United States Department of Agriculture standards.
Shift: 10:00am - 7:00pm, Monday-Friday
Check and record all HACCP Checks at the correct times. Check area to make sure water is on at all belts Help keep rework back in flow Check and adjust pick up so that it stays at 11% to 12.3%, not over. Perform retest when requested by USDA or Q.A. Associate is to know and be able to perform all jobs in the area. Authority to reduce line speed when defects go beyond a percentage and to stop the line and notify supervisor when defects exceed a designated level.
High School Diploma or equivalent with reading, writing, math and analytical skills required.
Work in conditions that are regularly noisy, wet, have a variety of odors and range from hot to cold. Moderate to extreme levels of noise, safety protection is provided.
