Description/Job Summary

Perdue AgriBusiness, LLC has an opening for a Purchasing/Parts Clerk position at our facility located in Salisbury, MD.. This position is responsible for maintaining and supplying parts necessary to properly and efficiently service and maintain company equipment as well as to provide leadersip and direction to entry partsmen.
The schedule of this position will be during business hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Process purchase orders for the acquisition of equipment and supplies
  • Monitoring and updating parts room inventory
  • Receiving and inssuing parts
  • Enter purchase orders and other data into the purchasing system
  • Monitor inventory turns

Required Education

  • Must have a High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 - 3 years experience - mechanical, technical, maintenance background preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication, math, analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of standard computer software applications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to drive a forklift
