The overall purpose of a Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day supervision of maintenance associates. The Maintenance Supervisor will meet production requirements, exceed company goals, and provide training to maintenance associates to assist
and develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Required Work Schedule:
Sunday - Wednesday 6pm - 6am
Supervise associates, which includes hiring, training, and developing associates to ensure production requirements and goals are met.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE; preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related matters
Provide timely, accurate, and consistent reports (safety, production, cost, human resources, administrative, etc.) for your area of responsibility.
Provide a safe work environment for all associates eliminating unsafe acts or conditions.
Ensure the Quality Improvement Process and Team Management concept are employed within your area of responsibility.
Control cost and assets managed within established guidelines. Install new equipment and have a chain efficiency of 98% while maintaining quality and ensuring associate and plant safety.

Technology. Experience with Kronos preferred. A minimum of 5 years prior and related maintenance work experience is required to be considered for this position.
At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Strong work history that demonstrates stability. High School Graduate or Equivalent with good reading, writing, math, and analytical skills is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Willing and able to work in wet and extreme cold and hot conditions. Willing and able to work around dust, feathers, animals, and various cleaning chemicals.
Excellent work history, worked for one employer for more than 1 year in the past three years.
Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, especially food production experience.
